Agrusa, managing partner of DLA Piper’s two Los Angeles offices, and member of the mega-firm’s executive board, is one of a handful of attorneys hired to defend clients in bet-the-brand litigation and in cases where unique legal theories are advanced. From Chipotle to T-Mobile, Agrusa has defended her clients in more than 50 putative class actions with combined potential exposure of over $100 billion in the last five years alone. A native Angeleno, she serves on the boards of Loyola Law School and Los Angeles-based Public Counsel, the largest pro bono law firm in the nation.
