Reese’s Imperial Capital, which he cofounded alongside Randall Wooster in 1997, announced in July 2021 that it would partner with regional residential service operators to build a platform for customers through the launch of its second platform investment in its Fund VIII. Prior to Imperial Capital, Reese was a principal with Gordon Investment Corp., a merchant banking firm in New York and Dallas, where he focused on investing in distressed real estate transactions, high yield securities and leveraged buyouts. Before that, Reese worked in the corporate finance group at PaineWebber in New York.
